Audio/Visual Equipment

Reserving Audio/Visual Equipment for Courtroom Use

Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email or call our office to reserve the equipment as far in advance as possible and provide the following information:

  • Equipment needed (see below)
  • Date
  • Time
  • Courtroom/other location

Whenever possible, please please let us know when you are finished using the equipment.

Available Equipment

  • Visual Presenter (ELMO) - ELMO Presenters allow images of exhibits (printed documents, photographs, charts/graphs, 3-dimensional objects) to be projected onto a screen.
  • LCD Projector (Panasonic PT-L720V) - Projects images from ELMO and VCR/DVD player onto screen or other flat surface. Instructions for connecting to a computer for slide show presentations are included in the operating manual available from the Law Library.
  • Combo VCR/DVD Player - The VCR/DVD player is used with the LCD projector, not with the TV.
  • Projection Screen - A portable projection screen is provided unless otherwise instructed.
