ADA Transition Plan
Public Input is an integral part of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan. Requests for accommodations will be evaluated according to policies, practices and available funding resources. The County Engineer will receive and evaluate accommodation requests.
Citizens with disabilities who wish to report on the accessibility of sidewalks or who require curb ramps or sidewalk accommodations are encouraged to contact the County Engineer at (217) 384-3800 or by email at [email protected] . Accommodation requests received by other departments or agencies will be routed to the County Engineer. The County Engineer will the coordinate any work and keep a record of all formal responses to the requester.
